David is co-founder of EMX Group. He oversees the staffing practice and is responsible for the operations of the Group. David is one of the most respected business leaders in the home staffing industry, with over 20+ years experience as home manager, agency owner, and founder of the leading placement firm in the industry, EstateJobs.com. He is also the author of The Insider’s Guide to Household Staffing.
Vincent Greco
Vincent leads our operations advisory practice. Prior to EMX, Vincent spent the previous decade establishing and leading one of the most successful estate management businesses in North America as Director of CH Newton’s Estate Care. Having created one of the few businesses that supports 100+ UHNW households across multiple markets, he has an in-depth understanding of what works, what does not work, and why.
Chad Shuford
Chad is co-founder of EMX and is responsible for the lead gen practice and overall strategic direction of the EMX Group. Chad is a successful entrepreneur and pioneer in the residential services industry, having Founded and served as President of EAS, which grew throughout the US in partnership with the Home Depot before selling to American Residential Services. He has spent the past 5 years as an innovation advisor to some of the world’s most recognizable brands, startups and investors. His background is finance, having worked as both a private equity executive and an investment banker.
